Who runs it
Vantage HashPay is run by OBM, Inc. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean OBM, Inc.
What Vantage HashPay is
Vantage HashPay is a mining proxy. Your miners connect to one address, and Vantage HashPay forwards their work to the pools you configure, split by the weights you set. The pools pay you, under your own pool accounts. Vantage HashPay never holds a key, a coin or a balance of yours.
Your account
You need an email address, a password and a handle. Keep the password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. One person may hold one account. You may not use Vantage HashPay for anything unlawful or to attack pools, miners or Vantage HashPay itself.
Your pools
You choose the pools and enter your own pool credentials. Vantage HashPay forwards your shares to them and does not control what a pool credits or pays. If a pool rejects your worker, is down or changes its rules, that is between you and the pool; Vantage HashPay shows what it can see on your dashboard.
Fees
The platform fee is shown on your dashboard at all times. It is 0% today. When it is above zero, it is taken as a share of your hashrate, shown as its own grey segment of your split, and never from a balance, because there is none.
Availability
Vantage HashPay is run on a best-effort basis while it is new. There is no uptime guarantee. Keep a backup pool configured directly in your miners if you cannot afford downtime; when Vantage HashPay is unreachable, your miners fail over to it the way they always would.
Limits
Up to five pools per account and a limit on workers per account, both shown in the app. We may suspend an account that harms the service or other users, and we will say why.
Liability
Mining has its own risks: pool outages, rejected shares, price changes. Vantage HashPay is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost revenue, lost shares or the actions of a pool, beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending the account
You can delete your account at any time from the settings page; your pools and history go with it and your miners are refused from that moment. We may close the service with notice.
Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always at this address, with the date it last changed. Using Vantage HashPay after a change means you accept it.
